Booking and Payment
- To secure your date, we ask for a £50 deposit at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance needs to be paid in full at least 24 hours before we leave for your event.
Once your deposit is received, your party date is officially saved! 🎉🐴
Cancellations and Refunds
- If we have to cancel (for example, because of bad weather), we’ll happily rearrange your event or refund your deposit in full.
- If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, but please let us know as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.
Travel and Location
- Travel costs apply depending on where your event takes place — we’ll confirm these when you book.
- You can also choose to have your party on-site with us for an extra £50.
What to Wear
- For everyone’s safety, closed-toe shoes must be worn.
- Leggings/jeans are best for riding and grooming, but of course party dresses are totally fine too — it’s a celebration, after all!

Safety and Supervision
- Children must be supervised by an adult during the party.
- Our friendly team will make sure everyone — ponies included — is safe, happy, and having fun!
